Residential Building in Kraljevica

The apartment building in Kraljevica was designed as a six-unit building with differently organized floor plans to meet a wider range of market demands. The variety of apartment typologies allows for flexibility of use and greater market adaptability. The building's distinctive identity is formed by a playful arrangement of openings, further emphasized by prominent frames that create a dynamic play of light and shadow on the facade.
