Competent authority: Ministry of Culture and Media of the Republic of Croatia Project description: The goal of the Digital Draft Lab project is to improve business processes (creation, production, marketing and distribution) through digital transformation and implementation of BIM technology. This will increase the quality and precision of creating creative content, the efficiency, availability and competitiveness of services on the EU digital market will be increased, which will solve the problem of inadequate technological readiness of the company and the inability to expand business to other markets. Through the implementation of the project, Draft Lab will acquire software solutions for 3D BIM that enable the creation of high-quality 3D projects, models and visualizations. These solutions will improve production, enabling faster and more accurate production of creative content. The development of a modern website will enable the digital placement of the portfolio of architectural solutions, increasing the visibility and recognition of Draft Lab on the international digital market. Employee training in the use of BIM technology will improve their productivity and the quality of services.. The use of real-time collaboration tools will improve communication and coordination with clients, partners, and suppliers. The implementation of BIM technology will enable Draft Lab to meet international standards and regulations, opening up opportunities to participate in international projects and tenders. Process optimization, production automation and better distribution of projects will enable the exploitation of new business opportunities, contributing to the growth and development of the company.
