Hotel reconstruction

The reconstruction of the office building into a hotel included the change of purpose of the existing business building into a hotel with 50 accommodation units, a conference hall, a restaurant and an indoor swimming pool. The project established a clear functional organization of the hotel facilities within the existing structural framework. The reinforced concrete structure was completely preserved from its original state, which was upgraded with an additional floor and a new volume intended for the pool, fitness and wellness facilities. The different functional zones of the hotel were further emphasized by the use of various materials on the facade, which achieved legibility of the program. The project was developed in collaboration with the architectural office BP Consulting.
