Building Reconstruction in Crikvenica

The reconstruction of a multi-family building in Crikvenica included a new organization of the existing residential units and a complete landscaping of the building with a swimming pool. The existing facade was characterized by numerous mismatched additional elements that were removed during the reconstruction in order to establish a clear and tidy street facade. The architectural articulation was achieved by a floor with a stone swimming pool and a dominant main volume, emphasized by cantilever elements that serve as sun protection.
