Holiday Home - Gorski Kotar

The holiday home is located in Fužine, on a very steep plot whose slope determined the conceptual organization of the building. Access to the plot, the courtyard and the entrance to the house is achieved at the level of the first floor, while the bedrooms are located on the ground floor. The inverse arrangement of the living and sleeping areas is used as a spatial advantage - the living room gains additional representative height thanks to the gable roof. The exterior of the building is clad in wood, which as a dominant material continues consistently in the interior, creating a warm, natural atmosphere in harmony with the mountain surroundings.
